Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under Norwegian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), but it is not obligatory. You can also send us an email to office@phivraxnxik.world with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Products should be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible. For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened food supplement products unless they are defective or not as described. If you have opened the product and wish to return it, please contact us first to discuss your options.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with applicable consumer rights. You may be asked to provide photographs of the defect or damage to facilitate the process.

Under Norwegian consumer law, you have a statutory warranty period of 2 years for consumer goods. If a product becomes defective within this period due to a fault that existed at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a price reduction/refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened supplement bottles)
  • Goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life
  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized

For unopened products in original packaging, the full 14-day withdrawal period applies.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet our return criteria. In some cases, processing may take longer during peak periods. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, variant, or product, please contact us. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

International Returns

If you are returning goods from outside Norway, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred. We recommend checking your local regulations before shipping returns.
